Federal Chancellery, AAU, and Bildungsgrund save and process data in agreement to regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the procession of personal data, on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EG (GDPR) as well as the provisions of the Data Protection Declaration Act in the version of May 2018. The saving and processing of data provided by you takes place under your consent only.
The provision of personal data is mandatory for participation at FROG – Future and Reality of Gaming 2019. As a consequence of not consenting to the provision of data, the Federal Chancellery will be forced to refuse your participation in the FROG – Future and Reality of Gaming 2019.
For submission, preparation, coordination, organisation, and exchange regarding the FROG – Future and Reality of Gaming 2019, relevant excerpts of your data (forename, surname, address, e-mail, phone number, sex, academic grade, working background, education, scientific career, organisation, function, biography, and photo) may be forwarded to other divisions of the Federal Chancellery (political offices, Division Families and Youth, the Chancellery’s Presidium), the AAU and Bildungsgrund as well as scientist, scientific institutions and journalists.
Any transfer of data to a third country or to an international organisation shall take place only with your consent, except in cases where the transfer is necessary for important reasons of public interest and given that the third country or the international organisation in question ensures an adequate level of protection.
You are able to cancel your receival of messages regarding the FROG – Future and Reality of Gaming 2019 at any time. For that purpose, please send an e-mail to contact@frogvienna.at. The Federal Chancellery will immediately delete your data from the mailing list. Likewise, the AAU and Bildungsgrund will immediately delete your data, as soon as you declare that they are not serving their purpose anymore.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to withdrawal of consent, to objection. If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law, or that your rights under data protection law have been breached in any other way, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
